Human Rights Against Strict Punishment?

Preventing drug abuse in a troubled community begins with fostering a positive environment. To address this issue effectively, a socialization and intensive approach are necessary. Can we confront and rectify this problematic community? Surprisingly, yes, we can! To mitigate the potential adverse effects in the future, strict punishment must be implemented in society.

A reevaluation of human rights terminology is imperative. If individuals feel hopeless and helpless, leading to negative influences on others, especially the younger generation, then it is not truly a matter of their rights. Everyone does not possess unrestricted freedom in society. Therefore, a stringent punishment is essential for this troubled community to curb the widespread misuse of drugs.

A moral and religious perspective should yield significant consequences. When you dread the possibility of a loved one falling victim to such a negative community, the imposition of severe penalties, such as the death penalty, may be justified. Arguing against this on the grounds of human rights is untenable, given the multitude of individuals who require salvation, unless we are content with making no progress.

What may initially appear conservative in terms of addressing drug misuse in a troubled community may be perceived differently when the ultimate result is considered: a society that is decent, entirely free from drugs, and devoid of any "bad intentions" that would otherwise jeopardize our own lives.
